This month we spoke to Hannelore Daniel, from Technische Universität München (TUM), who is managing Food4Me work on the development of technologies to make personalised nutrition a reality.
Last week, Food4Me partners Creme brought together exposure scientists, nutritionists and regulators from across the globe at its Exposure, Food Safety and Nutrition Conference in Dublin.
